How to close in 50 days or less... Hi, I'm Lionel and want to share my experience. I received a call inquiring about a lot I had owned. So the focus turned to another property I owned and Mr Kurt and his team went to work. In 1 week we were scheduling inspection. All my doubts were totally removed about selling this property. Unable to meet first closing deadline, Kurt called me and assured me all was not lost... in 2 days he had another partner ready to assume the original deal as it were. I am pleased to say that I closed on November 10, 2021 approximately 50 days following that 1st introductory phone. Thks guys for tremendous work
